Criterion Systems, Inc., based out of Vienna, VA is seeking Project Managers to support a contract in Patuxent River, MD and New Orleans, LA.Background: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) 7.2 has a requirement to provide a Navy-wide Enterprise Service Desk as a single point of entry for all Navy IT support 24x7x365, which will align with the Joint Information Environment (JIE) initiative. The Service Desk Environment is comprised of a series of interconnected IT systems whose purpose is the integration of information, applications and processes throughout the Navy's global operations footprint, as well as, across Department of Defense (DOD) organizational boundaries.
The on-site working levelProject Managers shall be responsible for the management and oversight of all contracted personnel. The site Project Manager shall ensure all technical and functional teams are working efficiently and effectively. They shall partner with the Government Service Desk Managers and present holistic analyses and situational awareness of operational issues. They shall provide the Government with advice and recommendations needed to select appropriate solutions or courses of action. The site Project Manager will monitor Service Desk activity on a regular basis to ensure compliance with Service Level Targets, ensuring timeliness, prioritization, and proper distribution of workload. Project Managers will develop After Action/Spot reports where necessary.
PMP, ITIL, and/or HDI certifications
Experience in Service Desk / Call Center environments, preferably in the federal space, managing a large team (preferably 100 full time employees)
Experience with different types of ticketing / ITSM systems, preferably FrontRange Heat, Remedy, and ServiceNow
Active Secret Clearance
