DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing Intake Coordinator position.
Create reports for Administrator
Taking inquire calls on potential patients.
Communication with doctors to relay critical information.
Recording all inquiry calls
Audits all intake sheets and reports data to Hospital Performance Improvement Coordinator.
Adherence to compliance program.

Possessing a baccalaureate degree in related health field or a nursing degree. Masters degree preferred.
At least a year of supervisory experience.
Knowledge of admissions process and ability to coordinate admissions.
Strong personal communication skills and good rapport with medical staff and referral source.
Must be articulate, enunciate and communicate well both in person and on the telephone using clear, pleasant voice.
