Office Assistant Role:

The Office Assistant will provide support to the claims staff and perform other office tasks.

Setting up/entering new claims

Entering inventories, pricing inventories and updating notes

Processing mail, filing and faxing

Preparing/reviewing letters and answering phone calls


Strong organizational skills.

Must be extremely comfortable on the phone - customer service experience a plus!

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.

Able to work independently.
